Reports to the VP of Clinical Effectiveness.. Is responsible for performing data input, data collection, data summaries and detailed analyses for various types of outcomes and performance improvement reports. The Quality Analyst will develop, support and deliver data analysis and services such as dashboards, scorecards and reports, to measure and trend key Quality Metrics, performance improvement initiatives, and support regulatory reporting requirements. This position reports to the Vice President of Clinical Effectiveness and will work closely with the hospital departments to develop queries for analyzing quality metrics and maintaining standardized related definitions. Reports and Dashboards produced by this position will be used to support the Quality Department and clinical decision-making through regular reporting as well as projects on an ad hoc basis. In addition, this position will manage select system-wide projects, and assist in organizational change initiatives to improve clinical quality, efficiency, effectiveness, timeliness, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.
Bachelors Degree preferred with one (1) year of experience. Successful completion of site personnel general orientation. Successful
completion of department specific orientation.
