Job Summary

The Case Management Secretary is responsible for managing and coordinating the office of Case Management. Responsibilities include greeting vendors, customers, internal co-workers and other visitors. The Secretary provides clerical support to the Manager of the CM Department as well as routes incoming phone calls, using good judgment to redirect calls to the appropriate staff members. The Secretary is responsible for the transcription of meeting minutes, delivers and processes Important Message letters from Medicare, logs inpatient calls, faxes insurance reviews, documents all denials and forwards to MD-Assets, assists with all CM reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other essential duties as required.

Job Specifics

Monday thur Friday 12 pm - 5 pm


Must be computer proficient, have excellent communication skills, and medical knowledge of terminiology.
