Job Summary

Provides leadership and direction in order to fulfill the goals and objectives of the Laboratory Outreach Program. Effectively communicates information, utilizes resources and manages staff and services. Manages Outreach Services accounts and oversees the day to day operations of the program. Establishes annual goals and objectives of the program in conjunction with the Laboratory Outreach Director and Laboratory Administration.

Requirements

Education/Training/Certification/Licensure:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field or equivalent education or BS degree in Medical Technology or related sciences. Master’s degree preferred.

 Experience in laboratory management preferred.

  • Skill Requirements: Must be well organized with problem solving abilities, good communication skills, accustomed to using computers, and excellent typing skills.
  • Licensure/Certifications: Valid Driver’s license
  • Other Competencies: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required; professionalism essential. Also required is a customer service orientation, a teamwork approach, flexibility, organizational and problem-solving skills.
