Job Summary

The primary function of the CT Coordinator is to coordinate the activities and work flow of the CT department, on a daily basis, while functioning as a working technologist. The coordinator also has supervisory responsibilities which include (1) scheduling of staff and assuring adequate department coverage at all times, (2) performing the annual performance evaluation of subordinate staff and a variety of personnel related activities, (3) implementing and enforcing new policy and procedure, (4) is technically proficient so he/she may mentor and instruct a less experienced technologist, (5) is responsible for the department’s compliance with regulatory licensure standards, and (6) performing a wide variety of supervisory functions suitable for a coordinator level position.

NJCXT, ARRT (R) or (CT) required.
