Plans, administers and carries out all phases Employee Health and Adult Clinic. Responsible for Employee Health & Adult Clinic functions, including, budget, compliance with all current mandated regulations, pre-employment physicals administration and maintenance of TB, Influenza, Hepatitis B and other vaccination programs offered to hospital employees and clinic patients. Provide monthly reports as required to interdisciplinary team members, organize health fairs and other healthy initiatives supported by the hospital. Key point of contact for workers compensation injuries/illness in terms of reporting claims to Workers’ Compensation carrier, arranging for treatment for work related injuries/illnesses and working with Safety Officer to return employees to work as soon as possible. Participate in New Employee Orientation. Provide clinical and administrative support to APN in adult clinic. Demonstrates awareness and promotes a positive patient safety culture.
Requires a Masters degree (MSN), 3 – 5 years of direct experience in Employee Health/Clinic. Valid NJ RN Licensure & American Heart Association CPR and BLS required. Employee health software data entry – STIX, Work, PowerPoint, Excel, Telephone & Cyraphone
